Thanks for hopping by The Kindergarten Pad! This website was created as a resource for my students, their parents, and early childhood and elementary educators.

 

I have always wanted to be a teacher for as long as I remember. I earned an English degree and teaching certificates in English K-12 and Elementary Education K-8. I have taught in both public and private schools.

 

My hobbies include surfing the net, reading, photography, crafts, gardening, swimming, yoga, and traveling. So far, I have visited the entire East Coast, Thousand Islands, California, Canada, Bahamas, Jamaica, Cayman Islands, Mexico, England, Scotland, and Ireland. Here are a few of my favorite things:

Color- blue

Food- Italian, Mexican, chocolate chip mint ice cream cones, mom's homemade potato salad

Animal- whales and dolphins

Flower- red gerbera

Children's Authors- Eric Carle, Robert Munsch, Mo Williems

Children's Musicians- Raffi, Dr. Jean, Jack Hartman
